Familiarisation Visit
For our vendors, we ensure that the ‘sales team’ visit each property to familiarise themselves with all the attributes that the property has to offer.
Mortgages
Our independent Mortgage Broker would be delighted to offer comprehensive advice on Mortgages, Equity Release Schemes, Wills and Powers of Attorney. Call us to book your appointment.
Our Contract
Our contract is just 12 weeks with 14 days notice thereafter. Subject to fulfilling the terms of our contract we have no hidden withdrawal fees.
Energy Performance Certificates
As you may be aware, it is currently a legal requirement to have an Energy Performance Certificate prepared for your home when marketing the property for sale. We would be delighted to arrange this for you.
