Our Contract

Our contract is just 12 weeks with 14 days notice thereafter. Subject to fulfilling the terms of our contract we have no hidden withdrawal fees.

Accompanied Viewings

We provide accompanied viewings conducted by staff with a minimum of 10 years property experience.

Sales Progression

We have a dedicated full time member of staff with in excess of 20 years experience who will progress your sale from start to finish to ensure a smooth transaction.

Promoting Your Property

We will present and proactively market your property with a great selection of photographs – professionally enhanced if necessary; floor plan, advertising on Rightmove, Zoopla and our own website as well as Social Media and advertising within our LED window display.
